Employers - What we Offer You

OutBackPackers offers business managers/proprietors who are facing a shortage of rural labour on their farms, properties or large stations in outback Australia, a resource pool of enthusiastic and capable employees.   These potential employees have completed a 5 day intense familiarisation course on OutBackPackers’s working cattle and sheep property in Coonabarabran, NSW. 

It is to be expected that they do not have the skills of a first year jackaroo/jillaroo as 5 days is not enough to qualify them for this experience.  However, the information they have gained from us and what they will learn from you will make them a worthwhile member of your team.  Some have previously and successfully worked on properties and require further employment.

Those who have passed our course have been assessed and graded by our trainers and their newly acquired skills matched with those skills required by you.  If you have any enquiries or wish to discuss an employee with us please feel free to call us during working hours on the numbers listed below. 

Cost 

A small administration fee of $150 (plus GST) will be charged when registering for our service. This is a once off fee and will cover you for as long as you wish to use our service, no matter how many of our travellers you employ.

To become a registered employer with OutBackPackers P/L, all you need to do is fill in the Online Employer Registration Form.
